Kevin A. Starlings- (Founder/Chairman): As Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Jeremiah Memorial Foundation (JMF), Kevin shares in the multiple responsibilities for carrying out the JMF’s mission for alleviating and ending homelessness.  With profound compassion and dedication to bringing about change in the lives of the homeless, Kevin carries on the legacy of his late grandfather, SSG/RET Cornelius C. Brown Jr.  A true humanitarian and advocate for the betterment of others, The Jeremiah Memorial Foundation was organized in his honor.

Doris S. Warren- (Co-Founder, Co-Chair, CEO): As CEO, Doris is responsible for overseeing the organizations day to day operations.  Doris, also the co-founder of JMF, works diligently on its mission in alleviating and ending homelessness.  She houses extensive managerial, administrative, and financial experience.
